Introduction	I'm Lauren Hutchinson, an eternal (failed) dieter. Having tried every diet under the sun, as well as battling an eating disorder, I'm now on the path to recovery thanks to some wonderful people in my life. I'm now aiming to lose my wobbly bits (without beating myself up) through good food and exercise. Hopefully I'll be able to help a few people in the same boat as me along the way.
