| Introduction | I am an American mother of three wonderful children (no, I couldn't possibly be biased) living in Sweden with my American husband. We have "gone native" - we enjoy our life in Sweden, have been here for 11 years, and have no plans to leave. As both my husband and I have started companies of our own, moving on is not really an option. My children somehow ended up with alphabetical names, A-Annika, B-Benjamin and C-Christopher, purely by chance... really. But when I saw how many toys I had brought over for them from the US, I got my business idea - an on-line toy shop. It is only fitting that the name should be ABC Leksaker - after all, AB&C are the reason it got its start. Three kids, school, after-school activities, the household - well, it all gets pretty busy at times... but we manage, and manage to enjoy our lives a lot. I hope you enjoy reading my thoughts, our memories and the children's exploits. And I only hope that when they grow up, the kids will enjoy reading this blog as much as I enjoyed writing it. |
