You may use only with my permission. Ask through email. 2. I translate from Chinese scans so accuracy from Japanese version may not be 100%. 3. If you don't like what I'm doing, then ok... 4. School (college) is hectic so a new chapter will be released when it is released. Since I have been asked a few times on what programs I use, it's just Paint and PhotoShop.
