Introduction	I'm an Athletic Trainer, with a BS in Athletic Training and a MS in Biomechanics, working with middle and high school athletes. I'm an avid runner, cyclist, triathlete, reader and a reluctant swimmer. I love writing but haven't done any in years and I'm trying to get back into it.
