Introduction	Ultra Runner and Family Man... Started running in January 2011. First race ever was the OKC Memorial 1/2 Marathon in April 2011. Enjoyed the health benefits and competition so continued on to several 5Ks and 10ks. Decided to try endurance events after reading several Dean Karnazes books. First marathon was The North Face Endurance Marathon in KC in August 2011. Qualified for Boston during the Tulsa Route 66 Marathon in November 2011. Have since progressed to the Ultra events with three 50Ks, one 50 miler, and one 100 miler in 2012. Enjoy training, but enjoy hanging with my wife Caroline and one year old son Mason even more!
