Introduction	In late February of 2009, I found my husband passed out on the kitchen floor having a seizure. In that instant, we went from your average struggling one income family slowly gaining ground to two shattered people finding their way through the mine fields of disability, doctors, and disease while trying to keep our family together. I'm writing about that experience as well as my attempt to head back to college full time while working part time, living in my in-laws basement and raising three kids. There is a lot of sadness and anger but I am hoping to find a whole lot of bright spots and funny along the way.
