| Introduction | Mr David Ivers is a qualified Primary and Secondary school teacher. In total he has served on school leadership teams for 16 years, as a Religious Education Coordinator, Curriculum Coordinator and Leader of Pedagogy. He has post graduate qualifications in online learning and teaching / Information and Communications Technologies, Religious Education (including Theology), Leadership and Educational Administration. He has published works on Communication and Meeting Procedure and on Entropic Organisations, Chaos Theory and Organisations.
