| Interests | There is a brown squirrel outside my window right now pushing dried cottonwood leaves over a hole he just dug. I am interested to know what is in there. If he will be back to uncover it. There is a mother (or two) in Mexico who mourns her disappeared children. I am interested to know how she makes coffee in the same pot every day with so much pain in her heart. There are word combinations germinating inside. I am interested in practicing how to fertilize and prune them for when I want a rose. For when I want a sequoia. For when I want shade. For when I want a funeral wreath. |
