Introduction	I find myself complex, I look at things on the outside and wonder who the hell wants to see anything from the INSIDE these days? America has lost it's way, and I'm saddened by what I have discovered by just it's shell. I joined the military at a young age, and worked my way through college. Not realizing, it's not about your education, it's reality folks, it's about WHO YOU KNOW. We make it more and more difficult to educate ourselves, because after all, society doesn't want everyone to be Doctor's and or Lawyers and or Wall Street Brokers, society needs the poor the helpless and the broke. Because if we didn't have the sheep, who could we convince out there that we need bigger Government. If you aren't willing to get your hands dirty with the rest of your employees, how can you LEAD anyone and or tell them what to do and make them really listen and accept you as a LEADER? LEAD ME FOLLOW ME OR GET THE HELL OUTTA MY WAY- GENERAL GEORGE PATTON
