| Introduction | Watching Julie and Julia one sweltering afternoon in the midst of a pandemic gave me the inspiration to share my thoughts on the internet about health, and everything else. Everyday, I meet people from all walks of life and of all ages through my chiropractic practice. I continue to be amazed by the wonders of the human body, and inspired by the human condition. I hope that through writing, I can share the things I've learned, and encourage even just one person to listen to their body, and build a healthy, happy relationship with it. |
