| Introduction | In October 2008 I decided to give or sell all of my stuff in the States and move to a little surf village on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica with my dog, Jake, a guitar, and a couple of bags of clothes. I took a 90% paycut as the GM of the (in)famous beach bar The Lowtide Lounge in Esterillos Oeste. After retiring in early July, I find myself wandering the world, and sometimes just the streets, with Jake at my side. This blog is that life, on a daily basis. |
