Introduction	I am a Jersey girl living in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. That right there seems comical I know. This blog is about my journey. My spiritual journey, my family, learning how to farm, raising kids that will make a difference, becoming more self sufficient, and the importance of good organic food in our lives. I started from scratch so learning how to do all these things in the middle of nowhere for a Jersey girl has been difficult, and oh so different but also enriching and healing. I hope you enjoy!
