| Introduction | I started writing this blog in 2011 as a cathartic outpouring during my divorce process. I turned to the keyboard when I felt I needed to vent my feelings and frustrations into an open space. Perhaps one day it might serve to help others but for me it has been a release and it now serves as a reminder of what a specific moment felt like. And it was really horrendous at times, sometimes I thought I would never make it through. My life has now moved on but the title still feels apt; the emotions and posts are now about different moments and events but they are about my life and how events make me feel. They are my thoughts and feelings, not those of others. I don't write for others to comment but for me to off-load. The blog is self-indulgent, I never pretend otherwise but aren't all blogs? If you find it and read it, welcome to my world. It is a little window into my world of disappointments, pleasures, concerns with a generous sprinkling of hope and happiness along the way. It's about life. |
