| Introduction | Currently, I am Chairman and President of Business Excellence, Inc. I have over 51 years of leadership experience guiding Fortune 500 companies in the use of US Baldrige Performance Excellence criteria. I have delivered over 1,500 presentations on business excellence around the world. Published over 75 scholarly articles. In 2016, I was appointed as Fulbright Specialist by the U. S. Department of State for 2016-2023. Since 1993, I have taught Operations Management courses at business schools globally. I hold Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in chemical engineering and a MBA with marketing management. I am a recipient of 2022 Certificate of Commitment from the World Book of Records, London, UK. Recipient of ASQ Distinguished Service Medal, Grant Medal, Hutchens Medal, Ishikawa Medal, and Lancaster Medal..Also received 2011 Ellis Island Medal of Honor, 2015 BHU Distinguished Alumnus Award, and 2012 IIT Chicago Alumni Medal.
