| Introduction | I like to think of myself as a young, open minded, fun-loving, and creative woman in search of that something more life has to offer. Somewhere along the way I stopped testing boundaries, or perhaps pushing them is more accurate. Yep, I got too comfortable and forgot how to GET LOUD WITH LIFE...It took reading the blog of one of my friends to be reminded of how badly I want to live as she describes...I'm not her, nor do I play her on TV, but her views inspired me to....hmmm....BE INSPIRED. I'm married to my husband of 5 years and have the good fortune of being a step-mom to a 12 y/o son. I also have a Goffin Cockatoo (parrot)whom is often referred to as Her Majesty. I love wildlife, but have always had a special fascination with birds in particular. We have bird feeders displayed right outside our family room window where we can watch a multitude of activity through a good portion of the year. Instant entertainment. We have a couple bird books, and get REALLY excited when we spot a new species. Quite in the winter, but in the summer we enjoy boating and RV'ing and exploring the world around us. |
