| Introduction | Bill is currently HR Director for Barnes Dennig and Co., Cincinnati-based public accounting firm, and a professional development coach for business executives and students. In addition, he has 24 years of experience as an HR Leader in Big Four Public Accounting. During this tenure Bill has recruited, counseled, trained, mentored, coached, and developed thousands of professionals. As well, he has facilitated leadership programs at a number of Universities including Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, Miami University, Indiana University, and the University of Kentucky. He has authored several books and developed a number of workshops and seminars on personal development issues critical to individual success. To date, over 10,000 client service professionals, executives, and students have received this training. Prior to moving into the HR field Bill was Placement Director and Assistant Football Coach at Manchester College. He did his undergraduate work at Indiana University, holds a Masters Degree from Ball State University, and served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He and wife, Marla, have two sons, and seven grandchildren. |
