| Introduction | Living in rural Southwest Alabama and enjoying the beauty of all of our scenic drives, our amazing Southern food and terrific Alabama hospitality. I love to travel,which is sort of how I landed in tourism. I have lived in the same house for 35 years with my resident ghost, "Mr. George". The house I live in was built by my greatgrandfather. I collect antiques, art, books, music and far too many other things. I believe that life is an adventure to be lived, not a problem to be solved. I am a storyteller. | Favorite Music | I love all kinds of music from Mozart to bluegrass to the Squirrel Nut Zippers. Dixieland Jazz makes me happy. I love the music on the aura channel on my television. I sing classical choral music and other choral setting. |
| Favorite Books | Saying I have a favorite book is a weekly choice. It is whatever I happen to be reading at the moment.Of course being a southern girl, I'd have to say "Gone with the Wind", but I'd also have to say anything about the south that teaches me hertiage or makes me laugh. I love the mindstretching books about things like quantum physics (in layman's language, please) and am studying the Law of Attraction as presented in the Abraham-Hicks books |
