| Introduction | I am a school administrator and before that a teacher for several years. I am looking to continue the work that I do in schools by helping teachers, parents, and ultimately, the kids to be healthy, wealthy and wise. How to be healthy while living in a busy, fast-paced world is what I work on. I hope to help others to achieve their goals through focus, belief, and actions with hard work. After all, my kids will be reading this, so I write to them as my primary audience. |
