Introduction	I'm one of those people that is addicted to the food channel. To me that is must see TV! I love to create in the kitchen, but living gluten free has definitely been a challenge. My Aunt and Mother have both been diagnosed with celiac disease and I began to show the syptoms so I decided to kick the gluten out of my life. It hasn't been easy....especially when I had been used to eating carbs for 3 meals a day, but my body has never felt better!
