| Introduction | Johan Lundh is an independent curator and writer, dividing his time between Stockholm, Sweden and New York, USA. He holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Post-Graduate Degree in Curatorial Practice from Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Together with artists, curators, writers and scholars, he engineers frameworks for artistic action and discursive production. Lundh has curated exhibitions and projects for such organizations as Botkyrka Konsthall in Stockholm, Index Foundation in Stockholm, Western Front in Vancouver, and YYZ in Toronto. He has been awarded residencies at venues such as Baltic Art Centre in Visby, The Banff Centre in Banff, Helsinki Artists in Residence Program in Helsinki, and Frankfurter Kunstverein Frankfurt. His writing has appeared in publications such as Art Lies, Art Papers, Canadian Art, C Magazine, Fillip, Fukt, Konstperspektiv, Paletten, Yishu, and books and exhibition catalogues. |
