You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?
Nothing yet. First I would convert the plant from manufacturing plastic to recycling plastic. I would then design, develop, manufacture and market a barbie-esque doll that was more realistically proportioned and with more ambition than wanting to go shopping and be a princess.
