Introduction	Ethics: Why I am interested? When I started school in America, I found that every discipline in many schools has specially tailored ethics classes. These classes teach students how they should behave in what is called in America the real world, which means @ work. This is a very basic. As Technology students, I had a required class called Information Technology Ethics. As an immigrant in USA from Africa, it reminded me many countries in Africa that I lived or read their stories from books, newspapers, etc. Most of these countries ended up in civil wars. Therefore, I decided to bring the school of thought ideas into these pages/websites, which changes how Africa rules. My goal is advocate Africa’s leaders to apply ethics, moral, and code of conduct into their day-to-day work for their counties. This will eliminate corruption, wars, ethnic, tribal, or clan based conflicts.
