| Introduction | Change is part of my nature. My career has moved from Nursing to Midwifery, to Pathology to Fashion design to Counselling, then Business Management and public speaking. Then, I studied a Diploma of Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching. I had never intended to become a coach - that happened by accident. My plan was to study leadership, coaching was just part of the course. But suddenly, I had found my place. In an ever-evolving industry, I have since completed certification in Herrman Brain Profiling and Conversational Intelligence - which allows me a deep understanding of how to build trusting relationships, ask bigger questions and truly make the difference we desire to make. Now, I am an expert communicator. I uplift and support my clients who include (but are not limited to) corporate middle managers who wish to step up the career ladder and need to refine their soft-skills. Tailored small group training and team workshops in building relationships, increasing productivity and creating inclusive cultures are available on request; as are public speaking training workshops. And I'm working on book number 8! |
