| Introduction | I grew up in Avery County, a small community in the mountains of western NC. I graduated from ASU in 2002 with a BA in English-Creative Writing, and Cultural Anthropology. After that I spent a year in MD working with the Maryland Conservation Corps and making lifelong friends (Hi, Christianna) At that time,I met Jason at a New Year's party in SC and we managed to plan and hike 2,174 miles on the AT. Last summer, we bought a house in Greensboro, NC and are enjoying the mayhem of restoring an old house. |
