Introduction	I am an attorney who practices in the areas of business law and commercial and complex bankruptcy. Additionally, I am an adjunct professor at my alma mater, William Mitchell College of Law, and a co-director, with my Hinshaw partner Thomas G. Wallrich, of its consumer bankruptcy clinic. I lecture on business and bankruptcy-related issues to and for many organizations and have been regionally and nationally published including co-authoring a chapter, “Bankruptcy,” in Minnesota Practice – Methods of Practice, Fourth Edition, published by Thomson-West. I am a regular commentator on business and legal issues, and was formerly a co-host of Twin City Business Radio, on KCCO AM950.
