| Introduction | After completing my post-graduate studies at the globally acclaimed Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, I have been in the search for the true meaning of life and existence for more than 20 years. During this time I have attended and organised many life transforming programs and meditation workshops and have come to one major conclusion, that life on earth is about finding a near perfect balance between the spiritual and the material; between love and self-love; compassion and passion; giving and receiving.
