Introduction	I have been in the kitchen all my life, from helping my mother bake bread as a little girl to preparing family meals as a teenager. Over time, cooking has developed into a passion. I have come to appreciate and enjoy cooking, constantly seeking new recipes to try. I love the way food is experienced with all the senses--textures, scents, flavors, and presentation. I believe food should be enjoyable and gratifying...it should please the palate and nourish the spirit.
