| Introduction | Welcome to my ramblings of, "My Life with Zoe." This journal is to track the progress from eliminating foods that may trigger her eczema and asthma. My goal is to get her healthy through eating the right food, enjoying life with these challenges, and cooking foods I've never made before. I'm a mommy to 3 and wife. My life is pretty busy these days. Usually, I'm buried in piles of laundry, tripping over toys, teaching my children about Christ love,and drinking very strong french press coffee in the mornings.
