Introduction | Wroxton Abbey is an historic 17th century manor house constructed on the ruin of a 12th century Augustinian priory. For several hundred years, the building and extensive grounds were the home of the Pope and North families, including the Lord North who was Britain"s prime minister during the American Revolution. Located in Oxfordshire, three miles from the city of Banbury, the abbey is now Wroxton College of Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
