| Introduction | I want only to encourage and inspire hope. Our God is eternal and does not change. In a world that is changing too fast to keep up, we need God! God's Word is eternal and is a solid and always available means of hope, truth, encouragment, healing, salvation, instruction and guidance. God's Word invokes love because God is love. I believe in the simple gospel of Jesus Christ, the simple fact that He came to take upon Himself our sins, sorrows, and suffering, and He sacrificed His life as the penalty for our sin. In Him alone is salvation, for eternity as well as the issues and needs in our lives today. I hope reading this blog invokes a hope in Him and a desire to know Him. I hope to inspire faith that life can and should be lived according to His Word in order to bring praise and glory to Him; in so doing we reap an abundant life. God's promises are true, powerful, and He is faithful to fulfill them. I hope in sharing my story this becomes evident. He loves us and is here for us. We need only to come to Him. |
