| Introduction | Kawanna Bright, Jayati Chaudhuri, and Maud Mundava began their careers as librarians in the Univeristy of Tennessee Libraries Minority Residency Program. While in the program they began the Diversity Librarians' Network as an effort to bring together all those interested in diversity in librarianship, especially those involved in residency, fellowship and internship programs, into a network of sharing. Though the DLN site as it began is no longer active, the directors are still highly involved in diversity in librarianship and will continue to work to share information related to diversity efforts and issues in this blog. |
