Introduction	I am what you call a foodie. I like learning about food. I enjoy cooking good food. And I'm not talking out of box or frozen. I'm interested in taking fresh local ingredients and creating something fantastic for my friends or my husband. And I enjoy sharing my love of cooking with people. I want to share my passion for cooking as a home chef with you, my fellow home chef.
Interests	Cooking, food, reading, and travel
Favorite movies	I loved Julie and Julia. The blogging idea was good; but I loved learning about Julia Child's cooking. I remember watching her on PBS when I was a kid.
Favorite books	If it combines food and travel, I"m all over it. I loved Eat-Pray-Love.
