| Introduction | Why "Embrace the Chaos?" Nearly six years ago, we had just returned home from adopting our daughter Jenna. Three-year-old Paul was struggling to adjust to being a big brother. My dad was terminally ill and needed a great deal of care. Two weeks after we got home from our adoption, we discovered we were pregnant. For two people who are most comfortable with quiet, calm, and predictability, we felt like fish out of water. We made a conscious decision to chill out and Embrace the Chaos! We love the Lord and are so thankful for the blessing of our family, even when life stretches us w-a-y out of our comfort zone. |
