Introduction	My name is Vanessa and I live in London with my husband Neni. We are both Brazilians and have been living in London for over 5 years now. We became vegan last March after being a vegetarian for many many years and so we could have a healthy and nutritional diet I have decided to start using all the cookery books I bought over the years. My new cookery skills (rs) have become so popular, specially with my non vegan friends, that I have decided to start this blog so I can share the new recipes I am trying and also to be able to show that not only almost every recipe can be “veganised” but also that vegan food is fun, yummy and healthy.
