Introduction	I am married to a sweet, manly preacher man and mommy to two precious boys who we homeschool. I have the tendency to enjoy all things food related. Collecting recipes is probably my one and only hobby. I have always been interested in health, nutrition, fitness and some alternative health stuff. We tend to follow the Weston A. Price food guidelines which includes plenty of meat, good fats, soaked grains, cultured and fermented food. Say yes to butter : )
