| Introduction | I am a 25 year old, who is currently in-transition with my career from student to teacher. I completed my BEd in 2009-2010, and spent the last year supply teaching. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, and for many years it held me captive to negative thoughts and fears. I have a new understanding of what it takes to be healthy and am in the pursuit of this. I joined Weight Watchers in 2006, and later "gave up" in 2008/9. I re-joined in Feburary of 2010 and have lost 59.6 lbs since. |
