Introduction	I am a 44 yr old mother of 1 son and 4 step daughters. I work professionaly as a museum director. I am the middle sister with one younger brother. I am married to the oldest of six children. My husband and I both have diabetes and my husband has recently been diagnosed with celiacs disease. I started this blog as a means to encourage my family members and myself to eat healthier and adopt measures to lose weight and keep it off.
