Introduction	I began repairing appliances with my older brother as a mentor in the early 1990's. I was always mechanically inclined. Through my brother and his wifes company I entered an apprenticeship program and received my journeyman status. Through thier company I was able to "cut my teeth" on many older appliances most my generation know little to nothing about. I appreciated it at the time but likely more so now, that I was being taught by one of the best techs I new or that I've known since, Thanks Joe. I later moved to service "high-end" appliances and have since completed many authorized factory training course of various companies including,Bosch,Thermador,Gaggenau,Siemens,Asko,Viking/Ultraline,DCS,SubZero-Wolf,Northland,AEG,Miele,Whirlpool(including the old style Inglis/RCA/Zenith...way back),GE,Frigidaire,(including the old WCI-Franklin)Maytag(when it was Maytag),Creda/Hotpoint,Danby/Speed Queen/Econowash/Amana, ISE,and more I can't think of right now...there are few I have not worked on or had some type of experience with. In summary, I have now been at this for the better part of 20yrs. and spend most of my time focused on creating on-line support.
