Introduction	We have been married for 8 years. Carl is a purchasing manager in manufacturing. I worked in the accounting department at a medical clinic. During a routine ultrasound at 20 weeks we found out our baby would have Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). Madelyn was born on August 28, 2008. She had surgery on day four of life. After 35 days in hospital we got to take our princess home. This is her story.
