Cathy has appeared on many radio and television programs, and she has been featured in The New York Times, The Houston Chronicle, The Houston Business Journal, Black Enterprise, Startup Journal (Wall Street Journal), Woman's Day, Woman's World and many other newspapers and magazines. She is the marketing columnist for Daily Court Review. In her spare time, Cathy is a mystery shopper, providing customer service feedback to businesses of all types. She is the author of The Mystery Shopper's Manual, the only book endorsed by the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. Cathy is president of Special Interests Publishing. She is a member of the Publishers Marketing Association (PMA) and the Small Press Association of North America. |
