| Introduction | Mr. Jr Neville Songwe is the founder & President of Joneso Design & Consulting, Inc., a product design firm located in Central Falls, RI. (www.jonesodesign.com). His design firm is engaged in researching, designing and developing innovative products and services that enhance the quality of life. Mr. Jr Neville Songwe has over nine years of worldwide design experience in the following areas: Communicative devices, Electronic devices, Eyewear, Accessories, Physically challenged persons and Automobile design. He has been award a utility patent for his innovative police car design. His project has been featured on CNN’s “the next big thing”, twice on abc6 News, in Providence Business News and the Rhode Island Monthly. He studied at the “Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche” (ISIA), Rome, Italy, where he graduated with a Bachelor in Art – Industrial Design. Similarly, at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where he earned his Masters degree in Industrial Design, he was the recipient of the “President Scholar” scholarship and the Industrial Design Faculty Award. |
