| Introduction | My name is Valerie, and I'm a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator based in the Silicon Valley. Needless to say, I feel pretty comfortable with common tech related ailments! I received my education from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, and I'm CA state certified through CAMTC. I feel that there is always something new to learn, and you should never stop learning- in life and especially with things you feel passionate about. My modalities of focus: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, and pre-natal. I look forward to the day when I can go to Hawaii and take a proper Lomi Lomi course! I use a little bit in my massage, but I wouldn't call myself any sort of specialist or Lomi Lomi guru. But we all love the forearm dance! :P My goal is to provide you with some interesting reads and useful videos to compliment your massage regimen and individual needs!
