About me

Location	Austin, Texas
Introduction	I am a full-time mom, a full-time wife, a full-time employee and a full-time crafter. Yeah, that math doesn't add up...insert chaos {which drives my husband insane}. I live in Austin with my husband, two kids, two dogs, a guinea pig and 3 fish (at least at last count). I started sewing two years ago when my mom passed away and I got her sewing machine. Sewing became cathartic and each project reminded me of my mom. Blue-eyed Butterfly is named for her. My kids luckily got her blue eyes and butterflies are a constant reminder of her. Now, I love all kinds of crafting from sewing to re-purposing to spray painting. And I usually have about 15 projects going at one time, of which 85% will never be crossed off my to do list. But I love the chaos.
