Introduction	Passion, purity and purpose. This is my family's motto. My husband, Mark, and I hope to live in such a way as to effortlessly show our passion for Christ and for others. We want to live in purity -- we are not free of mistakes, but still daily striving to achieve perfection. And we want to live our lives with purpose. Not just any purpose, not just someone else's purpose for us. We want to live for the purpose God created us for. As expecting parents, we want our unborn son, Aidan, to see our example and to be proud to follow us as we follow Christ.
Interests	I enjoy listening to and making music, a good movie or book, hiking, fishing, spending time with my family -- especially at the Flint river, Bible study, history -- American history mainly focused around wars (I'm sometimes called a Civil War buff), football -- there's nothing better than a backyard game on Thanksgiving . . .
Favorite movies	Glory, Gettysburg, Madagascar, Cary Grant films, Johnny English, Live Free or Die Hard, A Man Called Peter, Facing the Giants, Flywheel . . .
Favorite music	Definitely all things Hillsong/Hillsong United. Worship music in general. I have to admit I like alternative/rock sounds to my music. I can't stand pop or hip hop music that may as well be titled "verbal pornography."
Favorite books	The Bible. A Man Called Peter. To Kill a Mockingbird. Red Hot Monogamy.
