| Introduction | My journey of raw food renewal starts right here. I've finally reached the end of my rope with being very overweight, tired, and not feeling good about myself. I'm hoping others will follow my journey, and maybe even relate to it and know they are not alone in their own journey to health and vitality. I'm excited to renew my body, my emotions, and my spirit with raw and living foods. My wonderful husband and amazing 9-year-old daughter are joining me on this journey. I love to share my passion and knowledge of raw food with others. It's very inspiring and motivating to help others awaken to the importance of raw and living foods. |
