| Introduction | Michael is a unique breed of marketer who practiced architecture for 5 years before entering the field of marketing. He now has 20 years of marketing and marketing communications experience from AT&T, LG Electronic and various ad agencies combined. At AT&T, he was one of the pioneers in multicultural marketing. Leveraging his own experience of as a bilingual individual, he helped create multilingual marketing solutions, including the development of att.com/global, targeting multilingual customers in 7 different languages. At LG Electronics North America, Michael held a multifaceted position including corporate branding for North America while managing a digital marketing communications team for the US market. During his 4 years of tenure, LG brand awareness increased from below 40% to over 90% and visitor traffic to LGusa.com increased over 500%. As Director of Digital Marketing and Global Counsel of Digital Marketing at LG, he lead the launch of web2.0 and successfully integrated Reviewed-Powered-Marketing programs among other digital marketing initiatives. He was a speaker at the Internet Retailer in '07 and at the eM9-Marketing Conference in April '09 |
