I have started my career working as a clininal dietitian/ medical nutrition therapist in hospitals and clinics. Currently I am a Corporate Dietitian and a consulting Nutritionist. I plan diets with practical approach, which are healthy nutritionally and thus the modifications in the diets are very easy to incorporate in today’s busy life; while they still achieve the health goal. Have also conducted various presentations, talks and group consultions as a part of nutrition awareness programme. also,I like writing on various aspects of wellness and nutrition.
