| Introduction | I have several illnesses. Managing those is a full-time job. I do adult coloring to unwind and relax before bedtime. I occasionally make a card or two. My hands have become painful on some days that cutting etc is hard for me. I don’t get to cook those fancy dishes I used to LOVE doing. But now I sit and let machines peel and cut for me. I bought special cooking equipment that has an automatic switch to warming or turns itself off when food is done. With sleep apnea I sometimes fall asleep without even realizing it and time passes. But I try to figure out a way to keep eating with my no salt and low carb diets. It’s necessary to survive. |
| Interests | I love watching movies, new tech gadgets, coloring flowers, making cards (do a search for that on YouTube), and still getting new things for the kitchen. |
