| Introduction | I started this blog as a way to share my recipes with my best friend. It's also to help me remember what I've made, as I dont usually follow recipes to a T, and sometimes it's hard to recreate a dish that turned out great. I often take recipes and adapt them to work with what I already have in the kitchen, or change them in a way that I think might be interesting. Cooking is fun and therapeutic to me. It's a big plus when the results are delicious! Sometimes, I take the "Chopped" approach and try to make the best out of the few ingredients I have at home. This blog will timeline what I've made and hopefully it will inspire others to be creative and to not be afraid to stray away from following a recipe exactly. |
