Introduction	I am a Christian who is very troubled and concerned about a church I care very deeply about. This has nothing to do with who I think ought to be pastor, but rather with my belief that Salem deserves someone of the ethics, temperament, and moral standards as the previous pastors had. Or, perhaps I should let it go and pray. As with the Israelites wanting a king, contrary to God's will, unfortunately Salem may have to learn through experience.
